The Wizard is a magic user who utilizes the elements of fire, ice and lightning and is in charge of crowd-control, with multiple AoE and debuff abilities that will reduce the amount of monsters a party needs to fight at once. They also fare well when soloing monsters, with attacks that can severely damage monsters while they roam around the battlefield. In addition to dealing high damage, the Wizard can also buff their allies damage

- Some abilities can be cast while jumping, which can help you attack while chasing after mobile enemies, or position yourself better while attacking. The abilities that can be cast while jumping are:
- Phantom Claw
- Arcane Blast
- Ice Spear
- Ice Storm
- Chain Lightning
- Thunderbolt
- Magic Armor
- Flame Tornado and Arcane Blast can hit enemies that are a block above you. Ice Storm can also hit enemies that are above you, but only if the projectiles hit a wall, causing the attack to rain down at that location. You can use this to your advantage in certain situations, such as when you are hiding in a hole during The Fire Dragon, or when the boss in Lubelisk is moving to the next phase.
- You can put a macro for just your Flame Wave or Ice Spear, and hold down a direction key while casting the macro. This will cause your Flame Wave or Ice Spear to be cast at almost double the speed. However, this will cause your character to slowly inch forward, so you may have to watch your positioning.
- It is possible to jump in a direction, and cast an ability in the opposite direction. However, this is a difficult skill, and is mostly useful for PvP. To do this, move in a direction, press jump and your ability at the exact same time, and then immediately choose another direction. Here is an example of what it should look like:
- Be careful not to cancel your big abilities (Flame Tornado, Ice Storm, Thunderbolt) with your Teleport. If you use Teleport before your ability has finished casting, it will be put on cooldown without the skill going off.
- If you are using Focus Seal, make sure to reapply it if the duration has run out or the player has died.
