Arwen visited one of the locals, Acasi, for help. Unfortunately, Acasi doesn't seem to want any visitors. If you defeat the Havi Kolyca that are roaming the area, it might prove your good intentions to her. Once you're done with the monsters, find Acasi in the Forest Witch's Shop.
